    Preview NEW Products and Services for the 2006 Census!

    The ABS is conducting free information sessions to inform users of Census data about the new 2006 Census products and services. Information sessions will be held across Australia commencing in Melbourne on October 30. The sessions will run for between 2 and 3 hours.

    The information sessions will be conducted by ABS Census experts and will cover:

    • Our product range for the 2006 Census.
    • The release schedule for 2006 Census data.
    • Tables and their content.
    • Our Internet products, including demonstrations of CDATA Online and Table Builder.
    • Training and support options that will be available before and after data release.

    The sessions will also include Registered Distributors detailing their Census products and services. These include CDATA like products with full Geographic Information Systems capabilities.

    Information sessions will be held in:
    • Melbourne
    • Adelaide
    • Canberra
    • Hobart
    • Launceston
    • Newcastle
    • Sydney
    • Brisbane
    • Townsville
    • Darwin
    • Perth

    The number of places in each session is limited so please reserve your place now.
