Microdata: Household Expenditure Survey and Survey of Income and Housing, Australia, 2009-10 (Second Edition - incl. Fiscal Incidence Study) (cat. no. 6540.0) - Basic and Expanded CURF

This is a second edition release of the Household Expenditure Survey and the Survey of Income and Housing Basic and Expanded CURF, which includes new variables relating to the 2009-10 Fiscal Incidence Study.

Microdata: Characteristics of Recent Migrants, Australia, Nov 2010 (cat. no. 6250.0.25.002) - Expanded CURF and Survey TableBuilder
Released: 17 May 2012

These products provide statistics about migration category, country of birth, proficiency in spoken English, educational attainment on arrival and since arrival, employment prior to arrival and since arrival, and sources of household income.

Microdata: Education and Work, Australia, 2011 (cat. no. 6227.0.30.001) - Basic CURF and Survey TableBuilder
Released: 15 May 2012

These products provide selected information on participation in education, highest educational attainment, transition from education to work and current labour force and demographic characteristics for the civilian population aged 15-64 years. Characteristics reported on include: type of educational institution attended or attending; level and main field of education of current study and highest level and main field of educational attainment. Information on unsuccessful enrolment, and deferment of study is included for persons not studying in the survey year. Data on apprenticeships is also provided as well as some information for persons aged 65-74 years who are in the labour force or marginally attached to it.

Microdata: Childhood Education and Care, Australia (cat. no. 4402.0) - Expanded CURF
Expected release: Late 2012

This publication presents information on children aged 0-12 years and their families. Information includes: use of formal and informal care; cost and duration of care; working arrangements used by parents to care for their children; attendance at preschool programs; requirements for additional formal care or preschool; and informal learning.

Microdata: Labour Force Survey and Labour Mobility, Australia, Feb 2012 (cat. no. 6202.0.30.004) - Basic and Expanded CURF
Expected release: Late 2012

This publication presents information on Labour Mobility data in relation to people aged 15 years and over who worked at some time during the year ending February 2012. In addition to the standard labour force data items, the Labour Mobility data provides details on persons who changed employers/businesses in the year ending February 2012, and for those people who have been with their employer/business for the last 12 months, the changes in their job including promotion, transfer, changes in occupation and usual hours worked.
