Businesses classified to the Other Transport industry subdivision generated Total income of $3.8b, during the 2010-11 financial year. The main source of income was Total income from transport services of $2.8b (72.8%). Total income from transport services was driven by Pipeline transport services, accounting for 64.4% ($1.8b), followed by Scenic and sightseeing transport services (18.6% or $0.5b) and Other income from transport services (17.0% or $0.5b).

During the 2010-11 financial year, the Other Transport industry subdivision incurred $3.2b of Total expenses. Of this $3.2b, the main expense item was Other expenses accounting for 56.9% ($1.8b). Total transport related expenses accounted for 19.0% ($0.6b) and Labour costs 18.3% ($0.6b).
