ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
ABS publications draw extensively on information provided freely by individuals, businesses, governments and other organisations. This project was funded through the Strategic Cross-Sectoral Data Committee for Early Childhood, Education and Training, to which the Australian Government Department of Education, the ABS, and each of the states and territories contribute. This committee, which operates within the COAG Education Council governance structure, has responsibility for supporting improvements to cross-sectoral education and training data and facilitating measurement of learning over the life-course through data sharing and data integration.
