14/08/2008 Note: The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is decommissioning the Australian and New Zealand Standard Product Classification (ANZSPC) as the Australian statistical standard for products. For more information, see Decommission of ANZSPC.

Replaces:1254.0

Represents contemporary product items and provides a framework for future collections. It has been developed in conjunction with Statistics New Zealand. It covers all goods and services and uses the Central Product Classification Version 1.0 as its framework. Links are specified to the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification, the Harmonised System, the Standard International Trade Classification and the Central Product Classification.
